Secure Energy Transportation!

Petroleum and natural gas are extremely important primary energy, and they are indispensable

material basis for the development of human society. Polyurethane pipeline insulation, to ensure

the safe transportation of energy, and always serve the people's livelihood.

ADVANTAGE

Oil pipeline and gas pipeline will set a heating station in certain distance. For heavy oil, heating can increase the fluidity of crude oil, easy to transport;for natural gas, heating can prevent hydrate blockage in the pipeline. The polyurethane insulated pipeline, both land transport and sea transport to adapt various challenging environmental conditions, the characteristics of insulation include excellent heat insulation performance, light weight, high strength, easy installation, meanwhile, with the earthquake, electric insulation, heat resistance, cold resistance and solvent resistance etc.

PROCESS

Pipe is prefabricated in the factory, pouring process and spraying process mainly. Pipe joint engineering can be done manually or mechanically on site. Pouring method: polyurethane material is injected by high pressure foaming machine between the steel pipe and high density polyethylene outer protective layer, to form a firm whole between the steel tube and the outer sleeve tube and the insulation layer three. Spraying Method: mixed polyurethane raw material evenly and spray onto continuous tube surface, wait polyurethane slowly forming up, and the extrusion equipment will melt polyethylene sheet continuous winding to the outer surface of polyurethane insulation layer, untill a continuous dense polyethylene outer sheath is achieved.
